Software that runs your business.

We design, build and run custom business systems, SaaS platforms and Android and iOS apps, with AI built in so the routine work runs itself. Shaped around the way your company already works.

First call is free. If software isn't the answer, we'll say so.

Products we've built and run

Our products

Built by us. Running in production.

We don't only build for clients. These are platforms we designed, ship and support ourselves. The same team, tools and standards go into every system we build for you.

CrewSheets

Film and TVC production

CPA-correct crew timesheets, encrypted crew banking details and project management for South African film and commercial productions. Crews log hours on their phones; production gets totals that are ready to pay.

What we build for you

Built for your company, not the average one.

AI integrationNew

AI built into the systems we deliver, not bolted on as a chat window. It reads invoices and statements, answers questions about your own data, drafts quotes and emails, and handles the routine checks your team does by hand today. How it works →

Custom business systems

The system your company runs on: jobs, clients, stock and approvals. We take you off paper and the master spreadsheet, history intact.

SaaS platforms

Software you sell. Many customers on one platform, with subscriptions, billing, roles and an admin view over all of it.

Android and iOS apps

For people who aren't at a desk. Photos, signatures, GPS and barcodes, working offline and syncing when signal returns.

Integrations and automation

Your accounting package, payment gateway, WhatsApp and SMS talking to each other, so nobody retypes a number.

AI integration

Software that runs itself.

We build AI into our systems so routine work happens on its own: documents read, records matched, alerts raised and paperwork drafted. It works on your data, inside your system, under the same permissions as everything else.

  • You decide what runs on its own and what waits for a person's approval.
  • It only sees what the logged-in user is allowed to see.
  • Every AI action lands in the audit trail, like any other change.
  • Running costs are passed on at cost and shown up front.

Already in production. Amanjo uses AI and voice to reconcile commission statements autonomously.

Read documents for you

Invoices, bank statements, delivery notes and forms are read, checked and captured. Your team reviews the result instead of typing it.

Ask your business a question

"Which jobs are stuck?" "What did we invoice Marais last quarter?" Plain-language answers from your own records, not a report you have to build.

Draft the paperwork

Quotes, follow-up emails, job summaries and client updates, drafted from the job itself and ready for someone to check and send.

Voice in the field

Technicians talk instead of type. Notes, job updates and checklists are captured by voice and filed in the right place.

How we work

Four steps, in this order.

You know the scope, the price and the date before any code is written, and you see working software every two weeks after that.

Walk the floor

We sit with the people doing the job and follow the work from start to finish. That's where the real process lives.

Scope and quote

A written scope, a fixed quote and a delivery date. If the scope changes later, you see the cost before we build it.

Build in the open

Working software every two weeks on a link you can open on your own phone, while changes are still cheap.

Go live and support

We move your data across, train your team on their own devices, and stay on for fixes and improvements.

Where the work happensPhone, tablet, browser

One live record for the field and the office. Offline-first, so no signal is no problem.

Your rulesYour process, in code

Approvals, numbering, required fields and notifications, enforced the way you work.

Your dataA real database

PostgreSQL, backed up nightly and exportable in full. Yours, in writing.

Everything it talks toOpen APIs

Connected to the systems you already pay for, with an API for whatever comes next.

Security and ownership

Your system, your data, properly protected.

Written in plain terms. You're welcome to have your own IT people read this section.

No open doors

Servers have no ports open to the internet. Traffic arrives through an encrypted tunnel, and admin access is by key only.

Encrypted end to end

Every request between phones, browsers and the system runs over TLS, including on someone else's wifi.

Roles, not shared logins

Technicians see their jobs, supervisors see the team, your accountant gets read-only. One account off when someone leaves.

An audit trail that can't be tidied up

Who changed what, and when. Financial records are corrected by reversal, never quietly overwritten.

Backups we've actually restored

Nightly, kept for fourteen days, with monthly copies kept for a year. The restore is documented and tested.

POPIA and ownership

Built with POPIA in mind. The source code and database are yours, and we sign an NDA before we see a record.

Working together

Three ways this usually goes.

Pricing depends on scope, so we quote after the first conversation, not before.

Most common

Fixed-scope build

One system, one written scope, one price agreed before we start.

  • Written scope and delivery date
  • Fixed quote, no hourly surprises
  • Working software every two weeks
  • Data migration and training included
After go-live

Care plan

A monthly arrangement that keeps the system running and changing as the business does.

  • Hosting, backups and monitoring
  • Support hours each month
  • Improvements as you grow
  • Security patches and updates
Longer term

SaaS partnership

When the software is the business. We build it, run it and keep shipping, like we do for our own products.

  • Multi-tenant platform from day one
  • Subscriptions and billing built in
  • Admin view across all customers
  • Roadmap planned quarterly with you

Questions

Asked on nearly every first call.

Something else on your mind? Ask us directly.

What does it cost, and how long does it take?

It depends on how much you're replacing, and anyone who quotes before understanding your process is guessing. After the first conversation and a walkthrough, you get a written scope with a fixed price and a delivery date. If the scope changes later, you see the cost of the change before we build it.

My staff aren't technical. Will they actually use it?

That's why we start with the people doing the job rather than with management. If a technician has to think about the app, we designed it wrong. The field app usually has fewer steps than the paper it replaces, because the system already knows the date, the job and who's logged in.

Is AI safe to use with our data?

We build it so that it is. The AI only works with what it's been given access to, you decide which actions run on their own and which wait for a person's approval, and every action is logged. We'll explain exactly which provider is used and what data reaches it before anything goes live.

Do we have to move everything across at once?

No, and you shouldn't. Start with the one process that costs you the most time, let it run alongside what you have until the team trusts it, and grow from there.

Whose developer account is our app published under?

Ours. B-Infinite holds registered Apple and Google developer accounts, so signing, store review and updates are handled for you. Your code and data remain yours in writing, and if you later want the app moved to your own account, both stores support a transfer.

What happens if we stop working with you?

You keep everything. The source code and database are yours from the start, and we hand over the code, data and documentation another developer needs. We'd rather you stay because the work is good than because leaving is hard.

Can you take over a system someone else built?

Sometimes. We'll look at the code honestly and tell you whether it's worth continuing or cheaper to rebuild properly. We won't take on something we think is going to fail you.
